Summary:
 
Northeast Arc Early Intervention program is seeking Physical Therapists to join our trans-disciplinary family of clinicians supporting children with developmental delays, disabilities or risks from birth to three in the North Shore areas.  We take a family focused and dynamic approach.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to caregivers and their children in the areas of motor skills, language,cognition, social behaviors, and learning style
  • Utilize a team approach in development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes with families, physicians, and other providers
  • Provide service coordination and case management for families on caseload
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy and MA Physical Therapist license required
  • Experience working with children under the age of 5
  • Strong organizational skills to balance productivity, paperwork, and service coordination
  • Respectful of individual family cultures
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Recognition of importance of and respect for confidentiality
  • Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) a plus
  • Smartphone preferred
